Our Institute offers subscription based courses and access to our online educational portal.
While the courses can be accessed self-paced at any time throughout your subscription period with a 99% up time. Other areas of the Institute must take the time to recharge to ensure they can offer the services to you.
Just like all TAFE’S and Unis we take semester holidays and these Semester Closures are July and December each and every year.
For clarifications of what services will be affected, please see the list below:
- Online access to your course products – Not affected.
- Access to your Trainer/Assessor support – Not affected.
- Emails to the company contact email@example.com – Not affected.
- Phone customer service centre – Limited. While we will still have staff on; we will be running on skeleton staff, and your patience is much appreciated during this period and delay and wait times may occur.
This year closure dates:
- 6th July 2016 – 6th August 2016
- December 10th – 3rd January 2016
